Welcome to The New KAOS at Victoria University of Wellington.

The Dictator for 2009 is Maria. Maria is an international woman of mystery, postgrad student and Amazon. She was Dictator of Otago in 2004 and leads a triple-life as a spy, superhero and university student. We can neither confirm nor deny rumours that she owns an invisible jump-jet.
